What this version checks

Postdoctoral timing window: doctorate within roughly the last 4 years, or completed before the expected selection meeting.
Experienced timing window: doctorate within roughly the last 12 years.
No-doctorate exception route: up to 16 years after a master's or diploma, routed to manual review.
Germany-stay exposure in the last 18 months.
